Irwan Liang
Irwan Liang is the President Director of Neo CapitaRealty, an entrepreneur and investor with over 20 years of experience across - border business experience across Singapore,Indonesia, Malaysia and China.
He began his professional career in Singapore with Raffles Corporation after graduating from Melbourne, Australia. In 2009, he founded his first business in Singapore, followed by business expansion into Indonesia and strategic partnerships with companies in Singapore and Malaysia.
Since 2014, Irwan has been actively involved as a Real Estate Developer, with a strong track record in project development and investment structuring. Driven by a long-term vision to build a sustainable legacy, he led the rebranding to Neo CapitaRealty in 2023, focusing on expansion in Construction, Retail, and Hospitality Property across Indonesia.
In addition, he serves as an active board member of Real Estate Indonesia (REI) – DKI Jakarta, previously overseeing Area Development & Land Affairs, and currently contributing to Investment & Capital Deployment.
